 Recovery®
is a functional food with potent anti-inflammatory and
anti-catabolic effects - for natural relief of chronic

Many clinicians have noted that Recovery® has demonstrated

Recovery® contains Nutricol® - a potent proprietary
bioflavonoid complex consisting of EGCG, theaflavin,
proanthocyanidins and resveratrol from grape and tea.
These anti-catabolic compounds are recognized for their
ability to halt tissue damage and inflammation.*
Available in powder (100g/350g sizes) and capsule (180/360
cap sizes) forms: each serving contains 150mg Nutricol®,
1,250mg MSM, 750mg Glucosamine and 200mg DMG (powder
form is naturally flavoured).
Suggested use capsules: 5 capsules 2 times a day or
as directed by a health practitioner.
Suggested use powder: 1 teaspoon mixed with water or
diluted juice 2 times a day or as directed by a health
practitioner. (difficult cases may require 3 teaspoons
per day)

Many people begin at a lower dose (1/4 teaspoon 2 times
per day) and slowly work up the dosage over a two week
period, as effective dosage varies and may be at the
lower end of the spectrum (e.g. 1 teaspoon per day total)
and would therefore be more cost effective.
After the initial 60 to 90 day period many Recovery®
users maintain benefits at a maintenance dose (normally
1/2 the dose used for initial period). After the initial
60 to 90 day period, Recovery® does not require
daily usage for most people.
* When oxygen is utilized by the body, it produces
a highly reactive “exhaust” that is damaging
to the cells. The reactive molecules in this exhaust
are commonly referred to as “free radicals”
or reactive oxygen species (ROS). While some free radicals
play a necessary role in the metabolic process, an overabundance
of them is believed by many researchers to be a primary
cause of cell destruction, inflammation, degenerative
disease and aging.
Among the diseases attributed to increased free radical
action are heart disease,
arthritis, cancers,
liver disease, cataracts, macular degeneration, diabetes,
some gastro-intestinal diseases, auto-immune disease
and asthma.
The bioactive components of Nutricol® have been
shown in numerous studies to curb the production of
free radicals in animals and in humans. It is therefore
proposed that regular use of Recovery® will help
reduce the rate of cell damage and associated inflammation
attributed to free radical action.
