Low Back Pain
(degenerative disc)
I am 33 years old, and was diagnosed with a degenerative disc in my lower back after dealing with years of chronic back pain.
This condition was drastically limiting my ability to windsurf, kiteboard, and mountain bike....three of my life long passions. Not only was I unable to continue with these sports at the level that I was used to, but there were many days where it was a challenge just to get out of bed. According to my back specialist, my only options were to just "deal" with the chronic and constant back pain or choose between disc replacement or disc fusion procedures. Neither of which were desirable options for me.
I have tried numerous prescription anti-inflammatory, muscle relaxants and pain killers in the past and nothing seemed to work.
I started using Recovery 6 months ago after hearing rave reviews from my mother-in-law who was taking it for her Arthritis with unbelievable success. Within a week I was waking up in the mornings without back pain, and within a month, I was feeling better than I had in more than half a decade. I am very thankful that I found out about Recovery, and have been recommending it to everyone I know.
Sincerely,
Declan Sacre

Manufacturer-sponsored drug trials that reveal less-than-satisfactory results are often “dumbed down” or swept under the carpet. This “selective reporting” heightens the likelihood of securing the drug’s approval by the regulatory bodies. Fortunately, plenty of information generally exists with respect to the outcome of independent studies. To find out more, simply go to your favourite search engine and type in the drug name and the term “side effects.” Make sure you read as many hits as possible. If you do not have computer access, or are not computer literate, ask a friend or relative to seek this information for you. If you are troubled by information you read, print out a copy and take it to your health care provider. In many cases, such information has helped doctors identify undisclosed side effects and weigh these against the published benefits.
Health check
Statin drugs lower the body’s levels of Coenzyme Q-10 (CoQ10)—a crucial factor in the health of the cardiovascular system. If you have been prescribed statin drugs, be sure to ask your health care provider about taking a CoQ10 supplement.
